What is stored
- Your Google account’s name and email, and Google’s id for the account, so you can sign in. If you signed in without being invited, the request to get in is kept until it is decided.
- Your memberships: which customers you belong to and your role in each, who added you, and the customer you last worked in.
- Service data per customer: the servers, apps, jobs, logs and settings the Orb services keep for each customer. It belongs to that customer, and only its members can see it, and Orb’s people while one of its owners allows Orb support access.
- For signing in: a session cookie, and the assistants you connected (such as claude.ai), with when they were last used. No other cookies, no tracking and no advertising.
How you sign in
Only with Google. The portal never sees your Google password; Google tells it your account’s name and verified email.
Who sees it
The members of your customers see your email and role there. Orb’s people run the portal; they see each customer’s name and number of members, and inside it only while one of its owners allows Orb support access, which is time-limited and listed for the customer’s owners and admins. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else, and nothing is used for advertising.
Questions and deletion
To see what is stored about you, have it corrected, or have your login deleted, contact the operator of this portal, through your contact at Orb or your customer’s owner. Removing a login removes its memberships and sessions and disconnects its assistants.
