Who may use it
The portal is for Orb’s customers and staff. You get in when an owner or admin of a customer adds your email, or when Orb lets you in, and you sign in with the Google account of that email. Keep that account safe: whoever has it can act as you here.
What you may do
You act only in the customers you belong to, as your role there allows: owners and admins change things (deploy, roll back, edit settings, manage members), viewers look. The same applies to assistants you connect: they act as you, and you can disconnect them on your Account page.
Your data
A customer’s data is its own; Orb keeps it to run the services and does not sell it. What is stored is described under Privacy.
Changes and contact
Access can be removed by your customer’s owners or by Orb. These terms may change; the version here is the one that applies. Questions go to the operator of this portal, through your contact at Orb.
